Only unwashed and unworn items may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days.
Clearance items are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
Returns for improper fit:
In the case that you ordered the wrong size, you may exchange the items for the correct size. All shipping costs will be incurred by the customer and not Rise Outdoors Apparel Co.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are returning an item and would like a refund instead of exchange, there will be a 15% restocking fee taken out of your refund. Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer and not Rise Outdoors Apparel Co.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to you by etransfer only within 5 business days of approval.
If for some reason 5 days has passed and you have not received an etransfer notification, please first check your spam or junk folder. If there is still no email, then please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Orginal Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. And we are not responsible for any lost packages.
